Meet our Team:

Dr. Kayla Gallagher is a clinical psychologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, teens, and their families. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from Kansas City University in 2025. Prior to her current role as a post-doctoral psychologist at Behavioral Solutions, Dr. Gallagher served as a clinical therapist at Boys Town Center for Behavioral Health. Dr. Gallagher has experience supporting teens and young people dealing with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and behavioral challenges. She also has specialized training in psychological assessment, particularly in evaluating for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Dr. Gallagher takes a compassionate, developmentally informed, and collaborative approach to care, working closely with families to create individualized treatment and assessment plans that meet each client’s unique needs.

Dr. Weiers is a Child and Adolescent Psychologist who is licensed in the State of Missouri. She earned a doctorate degree from the University of Kansas, and an Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology, also from KU. Her undergraduate training was in Education, and she is certified to teach Elementary Education, Special Education, and Secondary German. She received post doctoral training at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, specializing in Behavioral Pediatrics and Behavioral Sleep Medicine. Dr. Weiers is a member of the American Psychological Association. She has spent the last 20 years working with families and children. She is married, and is a proud mother of five children.
